About Villa Lipanaa
At Villa Lipanaa we provide daily maid service, which means that our staff comes to clean and refreshen the villa every day. The service include changing of sheets every 3 days and towels as required. Normally they will come by before noon, however, we can usually arrange it to a time that suits our guests.

Other Facilities
Villa Lipanaa also features a simple kitchenette where guests can do basic cooking, a refridgerator, a toaster and other kitchen amenities.

The villa's bathroom enjoys a warm water shower & western toilet.

Where is Koh Tao : Koh Tao is located in The Gulf of Thailand, just a short boat ride from our famous big sister Koh Samui.

Getting here from Koh Samui : Most guests would typically be arriving from Koh Samui and the only possible way is by boat as there is no airport on Koh Tao.

There are other options, but this is by far the best. Regardless of which option you choose you should be aware that the very last boat leaving to Koh Tao is 13.30 midday.

The Ferry returns from Koh Tao to Koh Samui daily at 10 am and 3 pm. Should you choose the later departure then it is not adviced to have booked flights earlier than 18 pm, just to allow for details and transfer to the airport.
