An informal yet distinctive Fusion Cuisine restaurant, paying homage to both traditional cooking and newer flavors, the Regatta is a celebration of gastronomy. The Chart Room is divisible into three smaller rooms, each of which can be set up in any of six configurations to meet a particular conference's needs. The configurations to choose from are:

Board Meeting - guests sitting around one large table
Hollow Square - guests sitting around a square
U-shape - same as square, with one end open
Rounds of Ten - circular tables with places for ten at each table
Theatre - rows of seats without tables but facing a main table or podium
